Every ingredient we use, listed by dish and linked to the menu items it appears under. Search by dish, menu item, brand, or ingredient.

If your child has a food allergy, talk to us before you order

Suppliers change recipes, and some dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle other allergens. Call (709) 754-5323 or email sla@schoollunch.ca and we will go through the menu with you.

Ingredient information current as of August 2026.

Ingredient update: the lean ground beef in our Beef Taco, Goulash, Lasagna Bake and Chili is now Reuven Lean Ground Beef (Halal). Our Cheese Burger, Beef Burger and meatballs (Honey Garlic Meatballs, Sweet & Sour Meatballs and Meatball Sub) are not made with halal beef.
