Every ingredient we use, listed by dish and linked to the menu items it appears under. Search by dish, menu item, brand, or ingredient.

If your child has a food allergy, talk to us before you order

Suppliers change recipes, and some dishes are prepared in kitchens that handle other allergens. Call (709) 754-5323 or email sla@schoollunch.ca and we will go through the menu with you.
