Job Type: Casual/Call-In/Relief Staff
Salary: $16.60/hour
Hours: 5 – 36 hours/week
Start Date: Mid April 2024
Training: Paid training will be provided for food preparation and food safety.

A typical kitchen day may include (but is not limited to):
- Lifting and moving various food products, equipment, etc. around the kitchen (weighing 1-30 lbs).
- Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling as required for meal preparation, cooking, and service.
- Maintaining pace with the fast-paced environment, involving tasks such as prepping, cleaning, receiving and storing orders, etc.
- Adhering to health & safety practices, food allergies awareness, and food safety principles.
- Demonstrating attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and completing necessary forms, documents, and paperwork.
While previous cooking experience is considered an asset, it is not necessary for this role.
All candidates must undergo a valid Criminal Record Screening and Vulnerable Sector Check before commencing the training program. Additionally, having a valid email address and internet access is essential for various tasks, including payroll, training, and internal updates.
